REGULATIONS OF STAY
- The chalet rental contract is valid when signed by both parties. The booking is confirmed via e-mail or when a deposit payment is made (min. 30% but not less than 100,00 EUR).
If the deposit is not paid within 3 days from signing the contract, the contract is terminated.
PLEASE MAKE YOUR BOOKING WITH CAREFUL CONSIDERATION AS DEPOSIT PAYMENT WILL NOT BE RETURNED
- Signing of the contract comes into effect when a deposit payment is made via bank transfer on the account specified in the contract, or via email.
- The host of the accommodation provides the chalet Renter with the rooms and equipment
in accordance with the contract, fit for use.
- The chalet Renter undertakes to use the chalet in accordance with its intended use and cannot sublet or use other rooms or accommodation places in the chalet without the host’s permission.
- If the chalet Renter would like to accommodate more people than it was agreed – the host permission is required and an additional charge will be imposed.
- The chalet Renter and the host should both check the condition of the chalet and its equipment at the moment of check-in and check-out. The chalet Renter is responsible for any damage and excessive use of the amenities of the chalet. If any equipment is missing or damaged - the chalet Renter should immediately report it to the host.
- The price of the rent do not include cleaning of the chalet unless it was agreed with the host.
- The Renter may ask for the cleaning of the chalet during the stay for an additional charge of 50,00 EURO.
- The Renter may cancel the reservation at least one month before the arrival date. The cancellation must be in written form. If the Renter makes a cancellation less than one month before the arrival date or will not arrive at all, the host may demand a full payment for the reservation.
- If the Renter does not check-in within 24 hours from the booked arrival date and will not inform the host about the delay, the host may rent the chalet to other person.
- If the Renter decides to terminate his stay, he is still obliged to pay a full amount for the whole booked period. In case of unforeseen events - independent of the Renter, the host may reduce the fee for the unused period of accommodation.
- Keeping pets is not allowed unless it was agreed with the host earlier.
- The host may terminate the contract without any reimbursement of the payment if the Renter uses the accommodation against the rules set in the contract or if the Renter’s behavior is against the rules and prevents other people from enjoying their holiday.
- The host is allowed to supervise the condition of the chalet at any time.
- Using own household goods and other electrical appliances is not permitted unless it was agreed with the host earlier.
- The rental of the chalet does not include or cover an accident insurance of the accommodated people – including theft or property damage.
- The chalets do not have a reception desk – check-in is available until 10 pm - the hour can be
changed if agreed with the host earlier.
- Each of the Guests has own designated parking space which is free of charge, unguarded.
- Smoking is categorically FORBIDDEN!! For not obeying this rule the fine of 400,00 EUR will be imposed ( it is the cost of cleaning all wooden surfaces from the cigarette smoke ).
- The hotel day starts at 4 pm and ends next day at 11 am. If the Renter extends his stay by 4 hours and it was not agreed with the host, the Renter will be fully charged for another day.
- Payment rules:
On the day of arrival the Renter is obliged to show an ID to check-in, pay the whole amount for the stay ( subtracting the deposit ), pay the tourist tax which is set by city council.
- There is no refund for shortening the length of the stay.
- Anyone who is not checked-in can be on the property till 11 pm, only by prior agreement with the host
- Finalizing the payment means an acceptance of the above rules.
- Violation of the above rules means an immediate termination of the contract and consequently leaving the property.
